It’s Springtime in New Hampshire

On the way to camp, I noticed the lilacs and iris blooming in the yards. We don’t get those in Florida and I miss them as a herald of spring.

As we unpacked, we had two summer-like days of 80 degrees. Glad to have the sunshine as we toted into the cabin all the necessities for four months of living in the woods.

We dress casually at our resort, so I fill the closets and drawers with shorts, jeans, t-shirts and sweatshirts. We’re looking forward to a relaxing summer in New Hampshire.

I noticed the lily of the valley are in bloom and a stubby little iris that my neighbor gave me some starts from his yard. Time to get out the camera as soon as we finish unpacking.
